-Geographic location information: the relevant geographic location information will be collected when the device location function is set to open and use the relevant geographic location related service. Because Fig Live is a social type product based on mobile location, once you complete registration will be seen as agreeing to the Fig Live platform to obtain and use your location information.

3. You provide the following information you bring or upload yourself

Registration information: contact phone number (or email, if applicable), or other third-party social platform accounts, using the unique account information of the platform. If the user refuses to provide, it will not be able to log in;

Some personal information: such as user nickname, avatar, gender, hometown, introduction, education, career, the initiative to fill out Settings and upload the above information, the upload also understand information will be in the platform itself or platform external broadcast, we will use the above information according to the user's interest in content, and collect the same friends on the platform. If the user refuses to fill in, it will not affect the use of any function in the application.

User-generated content: media information such as text, pictures, video, and audio to utilize streams to transmit data or material. The user actively fills in the Settings and uploads the above information, and the uploader also understands that the information will be broadcast to the platform itself or outside the platform.If the user refuses to provide it, it will not affect the use of any function in the application, and the platform will not collect it without the user's knowledge;

Fig Live The platform will strive to adopt a variety of security technologies and programs to protect your personal information, including but not limited to SSL, encrypted storage, and geographic deblurring in case of information leakage, damage, or loss. But at the same time, please understand that, due to technical limitations and other possible risks, we cannot always ensure that information is absolutely secure even if our platform improves security as much as possible.

When you remove the requirements, we will properly review the account deletion request, and then we will delete data that is not required for regulatory, tax insurance, litigation, or other legal requirements. Information such as location, equipment, and use data will be maintained for a reasonable time if necessary; it can be used for security, fraud protection, and detection, research, and development purposes.

If the user wants to delete the personal information from the platform account, he / she can cancel the account in the application Settings, or contact the platform's email address of the platform. The customer service will contact the user on specific issues within 3 working days.

Before the user cancels the account, if the account does not use up the account assets on the platform, such as virtual coins, virtual items or props, we will know with the user how to handle the assets, how to dissolve or exit the agent, the user can decide to use up the account before canceling the account, or to cancel the account immediately.


Once the account assets are fully processed, we will delete and cancel all information of the account, including information as follows:

Clarify the user's personal information: such as alias, profile picture, gender, hometown, self-introduction, education, occupation and other information;

Clear the user's social information: information such as the followers list or the following information;

Clear user-generated content ("UGC") information: text, pictures, video, audio and other media information posted by users on the platform
